Blessed Thistle is a thistle-like herb native to the Mediterranean region. The herb is often used in bitter, tonic drinks. The roots of the blessed thistle were used by Algerian locals to soothe burns and wounds and made into a powder to make into fresh juice or tea.

Ingredients: Organic Blessed Thistle Herb
To prepare as a tea: Pour 8oz boiling water over 1/2 tsp of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
